Base pay is $25.74/hour. Potential to earn over $43/hour weekly with productivity and accuracy incentives.

About the Role

Work in a Sysco warehouse as a critical member of the foodservice supply chain. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community. This is an active, physical role.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift
• Organize and palletize product to build customer orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work in a safe environment with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and product type (non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 0 – 1 year relevant work experience
• Frequently lift product weighing 10lb - 75lbs, up to 100lbs
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches
• Constantly bend and twist while operating equipment and retrieving products from lower shelf areas
• Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer)
• Work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience
• 1 year selection experience
• 2 years consistent work history
