What You Will Be Doing

The work you do as an Order Selector allows us to keep our stores stocked and your communities fed and healthy. As an Order Selector, no one day is ever the same. You are on-the-go throughout your entire shift, using a voice-controlled system to select full-case grocery, frozen and/or other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack. You'll palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to your local store(s) lifting up to 87 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 76.5lbs overhead, throughout an entire shift. You do all this while being safety focused.

Main Responsibilities

• Select full-case grocery, frozen and/or other perishable products using a voice-controlled system and ride-on electric pallet jack
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores
• Lift items up to 87 lbs. to shoulder level and up to 76.5 lbs. overhead throughout the entire shift
• Maintain safety focus throughout all activities
• Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
• Adapt to varying work environments including freezer, refrigerator, and warehouse floor

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain clearance to ride electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary
• Ability to be physically active throughout the shift, including moving, bending, and lifting items up to 87 lbs. (some to shoulder level and above)
• Attention to detail and pride in work quality
