Warehouse Order Selector

Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Work most of the shift within a cold environment.
• Complete customer orders by fulfilling daily pick tickets.
• Prepare multiple customer orders simultaneously and separately.
• Gather and organize ordered items onto pallets as needed.
• Label and mark ordered items properly to avoid missed shipments.
• Prepare and secure orders for shipping and bring them to the loading area.
• Physically work in a cooler or deep freezer environment for a large portion of the working shift.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Work in a supportive team environment with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all company policies, including attendance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in order fulfillment (picking) within a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Previous experience using a pallet jack, electric hand-truck, or forklift to move product (forklift certification preferred).
• Able to physically work in a cooler or deep freezer environment for a large portion of the shift.
• Able to push, pull, lift, and rotate; physical demand limit generally 70 lbs, occasionally up to 120 lbs (requires two-person lift).
• Able to read, write, and understand English for proper product matching.
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate order counts prior to shipping.
• Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings: background check and drug screening.

Pay

$18–$19 start rate (depending on shift).
