Warehouse Order Processor 1st Shift

About the role

Ryder is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Associate in Burnsville, Minnesota. This position offers weekly pay and a career path that prioritizes safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Auditing, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handling day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during peak production hours
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual and good attendance record
• Possesses a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrates accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working using health and safety methods
• Available to work on flexible schedules

Pay

Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: $28.50 hourly when working overtime

Schedule

First Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
