WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER - Monday-Friday, 6pm - 2:30am

About the role

As an LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit-down or stand-up forklift. You will move material through the warehouse, palletize, and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, empowering employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Operate electric sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and reach truck
• Use electric or manual pallet jack as required
• Read and interpret pick tickets
• Maintain a high level of accuracy
• Use an RF handheld device

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items
• Climbing on and off forklifts

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM. Occasional early arrivals or late stays may be required based on business needs.
