About the role

The Warehouse Order Builder works at the Canteen facility in Wausau, WI (8220 Enterprise Drive). You will pull, pick, and stack orders, ensuring guests receive the items they crave. The role involves using smart technology to pick efficiently, discarding damaged products, and regularly lifting up to 50 lb. It also provides a pathway toward entry‑level management.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders quickly using Canteen’s smart technology.
• Discard damaged, popped, beaten, or uneatable items.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lb throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team goals; higher team performance can lead to increased earnings.
• Develop skills for potential future management positions.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Reliability for a part‑time schedule that includes evenings and on‑call days.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Schedule

• Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Tuesday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• On‑call Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
