About the role

A Warehouse Operator II performs a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment, including operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport goods, packing and unpacking items, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Operate a handheld according to WMS manual to perform sales order picking, work order picking, and purchase order receiving (as applicable per site).
  • Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment, consolidation, checking, running pallets, loading, and other shipping-related tasks.
  • Complete receiving tasks, such as unloading, cycle counts, putaways, and other receiving and/or inventory-related tasks.
  • Utilize Oracle desktop forms.
  • Load/unload and putaway pallets from automation equipment (as applicable per site).
  • Report damage of product, storage racks, forklifts, warehouse equipment, or any unsafe condition to management immediately.
  • Verify work accuracy and report any discrepancies with assigned tasks to management as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow all cGMP guidelines and all SOPs/WIs.
  • Verify safety inspection sheet and/or iWarehouse checklist has been completed before operating a forklift.
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner to retrieve or store material.
  • Maintain work area clean, orderly, and inspection ready (e.g., emptying trash cans, sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, cleaning dock doors).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–3 years internal and/or 3+ years external warehouse experience required.
  • Must be able to operate a single, deep reach truck, counter-balanced forklift, rider, order picker, and swing reach lift (as applicable per site).
  • Excellent math, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet internal company goals.
  • Demonstrates reliability and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and/or as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.
  • Able to meet and/or exceed performance standards with minimal errors.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and bending.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, twist, grasp items, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (Anything above 50 lbs requires secondary assistance).

Pay

Competitive pay, including shift differential premium for 2nd shift position.
