Warehouse Operator

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate storage of goods, performing routine forklift inspections, and maintaining warehouse operations. You will also manage inventory activities, execute order fulfillment processes, and support maintenance activities to minimize disruptions. This role requires travel between our locations in New Kensington and Mount Pleasant, PA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments while ensuring quality, patient safety, and compliance with customs, import, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate WMS/ERP records.
• Manage inventory activities, including storage, cycle counts, stock verification, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.
• Execute order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping, with a focus on quality and patient safety.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues to support safe warehouse operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting warehouse equipment and support maintenance activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience; experience with a warehouse management system is a plus.
• High school diploma.
• Equipment certification – forklift, stand-up, and double-rider.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel between New Kensington and Mount Pleasant, PA locations.
• US work authorization (sponsorship not provided).
• Residency in or within commuting distance to New Kensington or Mount Pleasant, PA.

Pay

The pay range for this position in New Kensington & Mount Pleasant, PA is $17.38 to $27.81 hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule
