Skills needed to win:
- Desire to work 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM M-F (Overtime available after the regular shift, based on business needs)
- Dependable work history
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, independently and repetitively
- Ability and willingness to work at heights of up to 20' using appropriate safety equipment
- Forklift Experience highly preferred
- Customer Focused
- Positive Energy & Team Work Mentality
- Flexible and comfortable with frequent change
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required
