Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Outbound Supervisor with daily shipment planning and execution.
• Coinciding labor allocation and outbound capacity based on order volume.
• Maintaining order accuracy and meeting productivity targets.
• Coordinating with China-based merchant service team.
• Supporting communication and coordination across warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
