Warehouse Operator
About the role
Responsible to learn and perform all warehouse (shipping & receiving) operations, functions and activities including:
- Safely operate a pad truck; carton clamp and fork truck(s)
- Load customer outbound loads; process all transactions timely and efficiently
- Unload inbound trailers in a quality manner with excellence in care, custody and control
- Perform other IDC tasks as needed; Cycle Count, Housekeeping, etc.
Capable of working with minimal stress and frustration in a high demand, evolving work environment.
Must be able to lift at least 65 lbs. Willing and able to work overtime as necessary to support business needs.
Daily duties include:
- Loading Customer Outbound Loads
- Unloading/Put-away of inbound product and materials
- Performing various warehouse tasks/functions as necessary to support overall daily IDC operations
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years old or older
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Qualifications
Must possess a high degree of attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
Must be ready to work in a challenging environment, may be subjected to swings in temperature as manufacturing areas are not air-conditioned.

Pay
$21.32 per hour
Schedule
12 hour rotating shift schedule, alternating between day shift and night shift at 2-week intervals. Ability to work a rotating or "swing shift" schedule is mandatory.
