Requirements
- Fulfillment & Logistics:
- Manage incoming inventory and stock organization
- Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations
- Ensure operational efficiency and readiness for deployments
- Field Support:
- Travel to customer sites to install and set up systems
- Configure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.)
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on-site
- Ensure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Full driving licence
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on role
- Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and practical skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience with EPOS systems or technical setups
- Basic IT or networking knowledge
- Experience in a startup or hybrid operations role
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
