Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Wholesale Distribution

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing day-shift operations in a wholesale distribution center. Responsibilities Lead warehouse associates and manage inbound/outbound freight.Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping for retail customers.Monitor productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy.Enforce SOPs and OSHA standards.Schedule labor and coordinate with transportation and inventory teams.Train and coach staff to improve performance.Utilize WMS systems and KPIs to enhance efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.Experience with warehouse operations, freight management, and inventory control.Proficiency in WMS systems and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
