Warehouse Operations Manager Shift B
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We have Benefits listed. So we need Benefits section. Also we have Shift info: "Employment Type: Full TimeShift B: Week 1: Friday- Sunday(7am : 7pm) Week 2: Thursday- Sunday(7am : 7pm)". That's schedule info. Should we include a Schedule section? The posting actually states shift pattern. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. However we need to check if we should include Pay section? No pay info not given. So omit Pay.
We also have Company Overview which could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" is about the company, not role. Could be considered "About the role"? But we could treat as a prose section maybe not needing a heading? The instructions: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. We have Company Overview content; we could put it under an About the role
or maybe Company Overview
but they said use those examples; but we can still use for any section heading; they gave examples but not strict list. Probably we should use About the role
for the company overview description. However the content is about company, not role. But it's still substantive. Could also treat as a
without heading? But they want sections only when posting has real specific content. We have that content; we could include a heading like "About the company" but they didn't list that example. Safer to use
About the role
and put the company overview there. Or we could not include a heading and just put the overview as a before other sections. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. So we should have sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements? Qualifications already covers. We'll not duplicate.
We need to convert lists to - . Responsibilities are enumerated 1. ... each with subpoints. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we can make a

Also note California resident note maybe not benefit; but we can include as a

Could be considered legal boilerplate; but it's specific to the posting. However it's not about job details; it's a legal disclaimer. I'd lean to remove it as it's legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. So we drop that sentence.
