We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Learn More About The Position By Visiting Www.poolcorp.com/mit." maybe considered application instruction? It's a link; we should drop it. Also remove "Please note that benefits are subject to change." maybe boilerplate? It's about benefits but still substantive? Might keep but it's generic. We'll keep benefits details. We need to extract sections: - About the role: Could be "Who Are We?" and "What We Offer" and "Job Summary". Probably combine into About the role. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list. - Requirements: "What We Are Looking For" includes education, experience, etc. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. However we need separate sections only if content distinct. Could combine. - Skills: maybe list of specific skills like ability to maneuver heavy machinery, lift 75 lbs, bilingual, Microsoft Office, travel 25%, etc. - Benefits: list from "What We Offer" Benefits Package and later benefits description. - Pay: compensation range $28.85/hour. - Schedule: maybe not specified; we should not create Schedule unless posting states it. Not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay is given. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Who Are We? paragraph: POOLCORP is the world’s leading distributor... etc. That's about company. Could be part of About the role. What We Offer: Employer of Choice..., Benefits Package..., Growth..., Continuous Learning..., Community Involvement..., Safety..., Stability... Job Summary: MIT Program description. We'll combine these into About the role section (maybe multiple paragraphs). Use

for prose. Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Do". Items: - Receive hands-on training and perform duties in every area of the distribution center including Operations, Management, and Purchasing. - Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards of performance for a successful sales center. - Shadow contractors/builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn their aspect of the swimming pool, irrigation and landscaping business. - Participate in classroom training sessions (lecture, role play and computer lab) at the state-of-the-art EDGEucation Center in Plano, Texas. Topics to include operations, financials, leadership, human capital management and operating systems. - Give comprehensive presentation to senior level management for completion of the Operations MIT program at the end of the 6 month program. - Other job duties and special operations projects as assigned. We'll put as

    • . Requirements/Qualifications: "What We Are Looking For". Contains: - Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or other related discipline with a minimum of 2.5 GPA. - Work experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role. In lieu of work experience, will consider involvement in distribution or supply chain internships, organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military leadership. - Desire and ability to work in a distribution warehouse environment. - Results driven, self-starter with the ability to lead and develop a team with rapidly changing priorities. Strong leadership skills are a must! - Possess and demonstrate a motivated, passionate, customer service driven attitude. - Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program (at company expense) for career development opportunities. - Ability to travel 25% of the time. - Ability to maneuver heavy machinery, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. and lift products up to 75 pounds. - Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with ability to learn inventory system and additional software. - In lieu of work experience, will consider involvement in distribution or supply chain internships, organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military leadership. (duplicate) We can deduplicate. We could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific abilities). But guidelines: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We could make: - Requirements: education and experience. - Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements and Skills. Let's assign: Requirements (education & experience): - Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or other related discipline with a minimum of 2.5 GPA. - Work experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role. In lieu of work experience, will consider involvement in distribution or supply chain internships, organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military leadership. Skills (specific abilities): - Desire and ability to work in a distribution warehouse environment. We could also include "Results driven, self-starter..." as skill. Benefits: from "What We Offer" Benefits Package and later description. Benefits Package: 401k with company match, health benefits, wellness program, education reimbursement, paid travel, employee stock, paid time off, and many more! Later description: medical, dental and vision care, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, prescription drug coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, and employee assistance and education reimbursement programs. We'll combine into a list, deduplicate. Pay: compensation range $28.85/hour based on full-time schedule. Also mention actual pay may vary, discretionary bonuses, relocation or cost of living adjustments. We'll include that in Pay section as prose. Schedule: not present, omit. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, drug-free, safety-sensitive repeated, etc. Also remove "Learn More About The Position By Visiting Www.poolcorp.com/mit." Remove "Please note that benefits are subject to change." Might be considered boilerplate but it's about benefits; we could keep but it's generic. Safer to drop? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Please note that benefits are subject to change." is not exactly those categories; it's a benefits disclaimer. Might keep but it's not substantive detail; it's a note. I'd drop to keep concise. Also remove duplicated lines: The "In lieu of work experience..." appears twice; we already deduped. Now produce HTML. Structure:
