Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents
• Support residents in their personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility
• Document resident activities and progress in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
