Warehouse Operations Lead

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by managing inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements.Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and ensure storage conditions are optimal.Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions for resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of shipment status, inventory updates, and operational anomalies. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree or certification in supply chain or related fields preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management principles.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to verify data accuracy, support process improvements, and handle operational issues effectively.
