Warehouse Operations
About the role
As a Warehouse Operator at our Nashville, TN office, you will support operational warehouse activities across the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. Your role involves accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products, spare parts, and repair-related materials to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely customer deliveries.
You will collaborate with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service, and Repair Services as part of the integrated Supply Chain Services team to uphold operational excellence and a high level of customer service throughout the Order-to-Delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end warehouse operations within the Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.
- Accurately receive, store, handle, and ship products, spare parts, and repair-related materials.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service, and Repair Services teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related operational experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and shipping platforms is advantageous.
- Forklift certification (employer can train).
- Hazmat battery shipping certification (employer can train).
