About the Role

Ikigai Cases, a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Alexandria, VA. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis, we've built a multi-million dollar business in just over four years with a team of 25 across the globe. Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Packing customer orders alongside the founders from our warehouse in Alexandria, VA
• Tracking and managing inventory / supply levels
• Using laser and CNC engraving machines to personalize orders (training provided)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pick and pack order setting
• Located in Alexandria, VA or nearby in DC, Maryland area
• Expecting to work 40 hours per week in-person

Pay

$60,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

40 hours per week, in-person

Warehouse located at 6596 Fleet Drive, Alexandria, VA. Nearest Metro Stations: Franconia Springfield Metro / Van Dorn Metro (Blue Line). Bus station for 231 / 232 Fairfax Connector across the street. Parking available on site.
