About the role

Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is an ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers, the company focuses on providing exceptional customer service and managing in-house fulfillment including custom engraving. The mission is to make exceptional pill cases and deliver them efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Packaging customer orders alongside the founders from our warehouse in Alexandria, VA
• Tracking and managing inventory / supply levels
• Using laser and CNC engraving machines to personalize orders (training provided)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of full-time pick and pack experience
• Willing to work hard and learn quickly
• Low ego, ready to do whatever is needed to get the job done
• High-energy individual looking for responsibility and direct access to founders

Qualifications

• Located in Alexandria, VA or nearby in DC, Maryland area
• Expecting to work 40 hours per week in-person

Benefits

• $60,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
• 40 hours per week
