Warehouse Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments.
• Complete load diagrams in Syntellic that support efficiency and safety.
• Collect and prepare information for various operational reports.
• Perform data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Work closely with other employees to ensure the company’s business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs.
