ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Manage the operation of the distribution center by reviewing profit and loss measurement tools and determining appropriate responses.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing inventory, equipment, expenses, security, and financial/cash management.
- Set goals and objectives for employees and monitor their progress through performance management and reviews.
- Ensure a consistent delivery system that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Hire, schedule, and supervise the distribution center team.
Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Ability to lift 20 – 80 pounds
