About the role

As an Operations Systems Analyst II (WMS Analyst II), you will serve as the go-to expert for implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions that optimize systems. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet business needs
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• 0+ years of analytics experience
