Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- Work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintain safety standards
- Contribute to the company's safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures
- Train new hires and support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks
- Manage inventory by conducting cycle counts, handling adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
- Assist with e-commerce and will call operations as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Able to abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
- Must successfully pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Able to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Able to work in a team environment
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
