About the role

Full Time Warehouse Material Handler position in Lebanon, Tennessee. Handles pet food supplies using electric pallet jacks and walkie rider equipment. Part of Ryder's warehouse fulfillment specialist team supporting distribution across the US, with a focus on safety, state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and a caring leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
