Pay

Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift Pay: $0.50 per hour

Schedule

2nd Shift
Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

About the role

• Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver position in a clean, organized, and well-run facility focused on safety.
• Products handled: sealed powder coating paint.
• Equipment used: Stand-up Reach Trucks, Stand-up Forklift, Cherry Picker, RF Scanner, and other state-of-the-art tools.
• On-the-job paid training provided; safety gear supplied.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a diverse work environment.
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must follow health and safety methods.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule on various shifts.
