About the role

Hunt Electric, Inc. and ICC are seeking a full-time Warehouse Material Handler to join our team within the ICC department.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping of finished goods.
  • Receipt of materials and equipment.
  • Organize, stock, and manage the materials inventory.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safe workplace standards.
  • Create building kits by accurately pulling inventory per BOMs.
  • Able to provide additional support as needed to the manufacturing floor to meet deadlines.
  • Drive a company truck between locations for material transfers.
  • Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
  • Be a self starter.
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, hard working, and a team player.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability/experience operating a forklift.
  • 2-3 years experience on a standup elevating picker.
  • Previous experience working in logistics, inventory, warehousing.
  • Experience picking inventory.
  • Inventory control experience a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work OT when required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm on Fridays. OT as required.
