Warehouse Material Handler (1st Shift)

Essential Functions

• Load, unload, input data, process shipping, consumer and retail returns, track orders, and manage inventory movement.
• Pull and audit material as required for KANBAN, shop orders, move orders, or sales orders.
• Issue and transact material through material withdrawal forms.
• Receive, transact, and sort inbound material.
• Replenish material into primary picking locations.
• Audit FIFO and LIFO policies as per departmental procedures.
• Operate Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) guidelines for static-sensitive materials.
• Pack materials to ensure proper delivery to internal/external customers.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Operate RF devices to transact and move material.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse work environment.
• Operate one or two pieces of powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Meet quality/productivity metrics.
• Work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Comply with Garmin’s Attendance Policy.
• Follow safety standards and policies.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds while using safe lifting techniques, standing for an entire shift, and walking long distances throughout the facility.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Previous warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Previous Oracle Experience preferred.
