About the role

We are seeking Warehouse and Manufacturing Associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts. As part of our Relocation Program, we assist with housing for the first month you start working.

Responsibilities

• Expertly handle furniture with care and precision
• Maneuver designer sofas and organize home accessories
• Operate powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers
• Ensure perfect product condition through quality checks
• Move materials strategically throughout the distribution center
• Participate in training and mentoring others
• Share innovative ideas and solutions for continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships through effective teamwork and communication

Requirements

• Physical capability: Pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds, occasionally up to 250 pounds
• Technical aptitude: Confidence working at heights while operating equipment
• Quality focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Team oriented: Thrive in a collaborative environment
• Reliability: Dependable transportation and flexibility to work assigned shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
