Impact
As the Warehouse Manager you will support TSS Operations by ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles to field service technicians who perform lifesaving and life‑changing work. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination, drive operational excellence, maintain organized storage systems, coordinate equipment maintenance and audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians.
- Schedule repair and maintenance of TSS equipment and vehicles.
- Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate field service technician equipment audits.
- Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support.
- Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as‑needed basis.
- Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Maintain productive, professional relationships with all TSS personnel.
- Adapt to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $27.00 – $36.00 (determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and industry data).

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2‑year or 4‑year degree preferred.
- Some relevant customer service, mechanical, and/or electrical experience.
- A combination of education, training, and related experience may satisfy requirements.

- Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment, and productivity with cross‑functional teams and customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to continually learn new services.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision through effective time management and prioritization.

- Knowledge of basic math, including geometry and algebra.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
