Team members are part of a fast-paced, creative environment focused on operational excellence and reliable fulfillment for partner brands.Role Description The Warehouse Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bowling Green, KY. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products for multiple brands. The Warehouse Logistics Manager manages inventory accuracy, coordinates inbound and outbound logistics, and ensures efficient use of space, equipment, and labor. This position leads and trains warehouse team members, establishes and enforces safety and quality standards, and monitors performance metrics to improve throughput and reduce errors. The manager collaborates with operations, ecommerce, and customer service teams to meet service level commitments, support product launches, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Warehouse Management skills, including oversight of daily activities, staff scheduling, and workflow optimization.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to drive process improvements, set performance KPIs, and implement standard operating procedures.Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and accuracy controls.Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate transportation, vendors, and inbound/outbound logistics.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support brand partners, address fulfillment issues, and maintain service quality.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP or ecommerce platforms, and data-driven decision-making.Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment and familiarity with OSHA safety standards are strongly preferred.A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, is advantageous. PREFERENCE:Preference on Salary and hiring will be given to those candidates that have experience in Logistics, especially to mass retailers like Walmart, Target, Etc
