Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the daily processing of all Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders to ensure they flow through the Admin and Back Office Macola systems correctly to Order Close
  • Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to the picking line within the prescribed time frame, and systematically process all Instawarehouse Purchase Orders to completion
  • Ensure daily warehouse order processing is successfully executed and Pick Tickets/Products are shipped out from our warehouse
  • Management of the receiving, inventory control & the returns department including the monitoring of the Direct and True Bins to properly issue out for accurate inventory and processing orders to close
  • Aid with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory for order completion
  • Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow & resolve problems
  • Aid Customer Service Manager(s) in resolving any shipment or returns issues
  • Enforce proper use and maintenance of any Instawarehouse equipment – motorized or other
  • Ensure proper delivery and pickup of inventory using appropriate shipping sources
  • Ensure that the Instawarehouse is properly staffed at all times during normal business hours or other hours as may be deemed necessary by management
  • Ensure that all Instawarehouse floor areas, offices, front walkways, dock and dumpster areas are clean, neat and free of any debris
  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
  • Train staff and monitor their performance and progress

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience
  • Proficiency with various Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems
  • Computer applications using MS office specifically excel, word, and PowerPoint
  • Possess or ability to pass forklift certification

Preferred Skills
