About the role

Nefab is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on optimizing packaging solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that enhance product protection and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new packaging solutions.
• Conduct life cycle assessments to evaluate the sustainability of packaging materials and practices.
• Provide technical support to customers on packaging solutions and optimize their logistics processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to packaging and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sustainability metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various packaging materials and their properties.
• Experience with digital tools for packaging optimization.
• Understanding of circular business models and sustainable supply chain management.
