About the role

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a dynamic leader for supervising production and line workers at its Madison, WI recycling facility. The Onsite Service and Support Manager implements workforce management programs and has overall accountability for the performance of Leadpoint’s team. Responsibilities include program implementation, personnel management, facility operations, liaison between facility and Leadpoint support, customer service and communication, hiring and recruiting, HR administrative tasks, troubleshooting, data tracking and reporting of individual KPIs, and safety program management. The role requires competence in leadership, communication, and problem solving, supervision of direct reports, and experience in light manufacturing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma
• Computer Proficiency – Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal Skills: ability to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management
• Leadership Skills: ability to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly
• Problem-Solving Skills: quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line
• Time Management: manage production deadlines, shipping dates, etc.
• Technical Capacity: direct experience or transferable skillsets relating to a high‑stress production environment; mechanical and process capabilities associated with large scale production equipment
• Learning Orientation: demonstrated ability to adapt to a learning‑based organization; focus on adoption, information processing, and accountability for skills transfer

Pay

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year, plus Fill Rate Bonus and Weekly KPI Bonus (up to $15,000 yearly)
