About the role
The Warehouse Manager – Hardware Assembly & Integration is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics while also leading the assembly, configuration, and integration of hardware products. This role ensures materials flow efficiently from receipt through assembly, testing, storage, and shipment, while meeting quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation; maintain ERP/WMS data integrity.
- Optimize layout, material flow, and labor utilization to improve efficiency and throughput.
- Cook up inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hardware assembly and integration processes.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience working in a technology manufacturing or hardware production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain logistics and vendor management.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in hardware assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Prominent leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
- Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
