Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains logical locations for all parts and notes location in computer by part number
• Employs systems to minimize obsolescence
• Develops systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking, and controlling all parts and related documentation daily
• Affords assistance to accounting with any claims, credit, or inventory discrepancies as requested
• Stocks and posts incoming orders
• Reviews special inventory to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock
• Affords assistance in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
• Affords assistance in monthly parts returns
• Affords assistance in counter people with check, insurance, and credit card processing when possible
• Affords assistance in maintaining the professional appearance of the parts department
• Affords assistance in stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
• Affords assistance in ensuring that areas of the parts department are properly stocked
• Affords assistance in keeping parts area clean and uncluttered
• Affords assistance in maintaining professional appearance

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
• 2 years of warehouse experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Safety shoes are required on day one of employment.
