Warehouse Manager

Overview

The Warehouse Manager oversees and manages the daily operations of the warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a variety of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
• Lead and train warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and report findings to upper management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics and supply chain functions
• Cook with shipping and receiving teams to resolve issues and improve delivery times

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively
• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics procedures
• Experience in managing a team and driving performance
