Warehouse Manager
About the role
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for on and off-site warehousing projects and ensure goals and objectives clearly support the Company’s Strategic Plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, material replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to support manufacturing and forklift production requirements.
- Manage operational responsibilities consistent with TPS (Toyota Production System) principles.
- Build and sustain a lean warehouse culture through 5S, standardized work, visual management, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, coach, and engage warehouse team members to improve performance, accountability, and skill capability.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support cost reduction goals.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, material handling equipment, and WMS tools.
- Partner with production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to solve material flow issues and support customer demand.
- Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession development within the warehouse team.
- Work with management in the establishment of annual goals and objectives for department.
- Develop and maintain the necessary and appropriate policies, records, documentation, procedures, practices and discipline to effectively and efficiently achieve the objectives of your organization and your commitments to other organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent field.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience with TPS (Toyota Production System).
- Ability to develop and coach a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Experience with process improvement and lean methodologies.

Pay
Salary - $94,020 - $120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Schedule
This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facilities - ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This position will float between our main facility and our offsite warehouse locations.
