About the role

The Manager Customer Logistics oversees the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role mainly involves the leadership of direct reports and the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Logistics industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Logistics industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

  • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area
  • Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

  • Able to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexible to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 to $70,000
  • Schedule: Friday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
  • The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
  • Compensation ranges for the position are below:
  1. Minimum Pay Range: $65,000
  2. Maximum Pay Range: $70,000
