Warehouse Manager

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the receiving and distribution of finished and raw goods.
• Oversees receiving and inventorying products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains accurate inventory through cycle counting.
• Establishes, maintains, and manages Standard Operating Procedures.
• Establishes, implements, and maintains effective training and safety programs.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Job Specifications

• 5 years Warehousing experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
