Warehouse Manager
About the role
The Warehouse Manager oversees and coordinates warehouse activities to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Organize shipment priorities and stage orders for easy loading and verification.
- Manage safety and HAZMAT compliance for the facility.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise handling, and inventory management.
- Assist in loading the delivery truck, receiving shipments, logging into inventory, and conducting audits.
- Maintain security and inventory control procedures.
- Handle driver-related issues, including drug screens and licensing, and manage fleet compliance.
- Keep the facility clean, secure, and operating efficiently.
- Process returns accurately and ensure all equipment is stored and doors/gates are secured at the end of the day.
- Stay proficient in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory and warehouse management experience.
- Delivery operations experience and knowledge of full warehousing systems.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and members of management.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Experience in PRELUDE or other warehouse inventory software.
- Ability to work at heights and regularly move and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Pay and Schedule
- Competitive Pay/hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses.
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
