Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or warehouse operations within a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and material handling practices — electrical experience required.
• Proficiency with inventory management software such as ToolWatch — tool knowledge required.
• Demonstrated experience in routing/scheduling and managing people and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with field crews, project managers, vendors, and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and direct a small team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting electricians, project managers, service teams, or construction field crews.
• Familiarity with vendor pickups, material staging, equipment tracking, and warehouse inventory processes.
• Experience coordinating fleet records, equipment logs, insurance renewals, tags, or asset assignments.
• Familiarity with new asset tracking software or willingness to adopt new systems.
• Able to lead or direct others respectfully while maintaining accountability.
• Strong sense of urgency, practical judgment, and willingness to help where needed.
