Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or warehouse operations within a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and material handling practices — electrical experience required.
- Proficiency with inventory management software such as ToolWatch — tool knowledge required.
- Demonstrated experience in routing/scheduling and managing people and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with field crews, project managers, vendors, and leadership.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and direct a small team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience supporting electricians, project managers, service teams, or construction field crews.
- Familiarity with vendor pickups, material staging, equipment tracking, and warehouse inventory processes.
- Experience coordinating fleet records, equipment logs, insurance renewals, tags, or asset assignments.
- Familiarity with new asset tracking software or willingness to adopt new systems.
- Able to lead or direct others respectfully while maintaining accountability.
- Strong sense of urgency, practical judgment, and willingness to help where needed.
