General Summary
Reports directly to the VP of Operations or Regional General Manager and plays a key role in overseeing and managing all operations at our multi-client warehouse facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of multiple client inventories while maintaining superior service levels.
Key duties
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for multiple clients.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to manage diverse client requirements.
- Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization, safety, and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service levels are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients on inventory, performance metrics, and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to forecast needs and align warehouse operations accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround times, and cost efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management and clients.
Operational Management

Inventory Control
- Ensure the warehouse maintains accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Manage regular cycle count schedules and audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and enhance stock accuracy.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Facilitate the Team Member Safety Committee to help drive an effective safety culture at the site.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround times, and cost efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management and clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in a multi-client operation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse client needs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Proven experience managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and budgets.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test.
Education, Experience, and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience.
- Certification in operating a forklift.

Salary (paid weekly via Direct Deposit).

Experience Required
