Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse organization.
- Lead, develop, and manage warehouse personnel, including supervisors, team leads, and warehouse associates.
- Establish performance expectations, monitor productivity, and hold team members accountable for achieving operational goals.
- Develop staffing plans, schedules, and labor allocation strategies to meet business demands efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and cost reduction.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance schedules, and facility organization.
- Participate in budget planning and cost management initiatives related to warehouse operations.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management efforts for warehouse staff.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of warehouse leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- A strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing process improvements and managing operational KPIs.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Physical Requirements
- The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the workday.

- The ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- The ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations and moderate noise levels.
