About The Job

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for establishing operational procedures, hiring and training new team members, and managing warehouse activities.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, handles and disposes of materials, and updates warehouse inventory.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment, and vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements.
• Maintains monthly truck reports and coordinates with department leaders.
• Manages salvage of damaged and used materials, handles walk-in sales, and interacts with supplier representatives.
• Ensures drivers comply with DOT regulations and provides backup support as needed.
• Manages team members and provides excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of warehouse work experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to operate other moving vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to interact with other heavy equipment.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to work in hazardous environments.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to work in extreme weather conditions.
