Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for material requisitioning and ensuring inventory are available accurately and timely for production plans and schedules.
• Ensure assembly have the correct material requirements for the production schedule.
• Performing material storage capacity planning, plan/redesign/implement material flow for changes to capacity requirements.
• Plan, schedule and monitor deliveries and work closely with all shipping providers on import & export activities.
• Truck loading, pick up and delivery of product to site in the State of Virginia.
• Updating product control sheets after deliveries are complete (Smartsheet).
• Timely and effective response to general inquiries.
• Responsibility for monthly inventory management.
• Adhering to health & safety, quality and environmental policies and company objectives at all times.
• Continually improving inbound and outbound warehouse service delivery processes and policies.
• Responsible for monitoring of warehouse vehicles and company vehicles.
• Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is calibrated and ready for use.
• Management of PPE and ensuring all staff have correct safety clothing.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Warehouse Manager.
• Experience with Inventory Control Computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional approach to work, with an eye for detail.
• Good team player.
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimal guidance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel to other regions if/as required.
