Warehouse Manager
About the role
Oversee Night Operations: Manage all night shift warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and coordination with day shift teams.
Lead and Develop Staff: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Implement inventory control procedures, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards through inspections, audits, and staff training to promote a safe workplace.
Manage Quality and Facility Standards: Uphold product quality and warehouse cleanliness, address maintenance issues, and prepare regular operational and safety reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a cold storage or distribution environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: OSHA or HACCP certification preferred; forklift certification a plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures;
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
- Capable of working independently under pressure.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
Schedule
Full Time | Monday - Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM
