Warehouse Manager

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who is dependable, proactive, and able to keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage day-to-day warehouse needs with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship materials according to company direction.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and support workforce needs as required.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Handle general warehouse maintenance and follow up with landlord regarding maintenance issues as needed.
• Track materials and support inventory accuracy.
• Cook up warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support additional warehouse needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Warehouse leadership experience is required.
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in flooring or cabinets is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
