Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise production and line workers at our Madison, WI location. This role involves implementing workforce management programs and ensuring overall accountability for Leadpoint’s team performance at the assigned facility.
About the role
As an Onsite Service and Support Manager, you will serve as a liaison between the facility and Leadpoint’s support personnel. You will oversee program implementation, personnel management, and facility operations while handling customer service, communication, hiring, HR tasks, performance troubleshooting, KPI tracking, and safety program management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

- Problem-solving skills to quickly assess and resolve production issues
- Time management to meet production deadlines and shipping dates
- Technical capacity with experience in high-stress production environments
- Mechanical and process capabilities related to large-scale production equipment
- Learning orientation with a focus on adoption, information processing, and skills transfer

Pay
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, plus potential to earn a Safety & Fill Rate Bonus.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and the company will test for THC. Impairment while working presents a substantial risk of injury.
