Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule

Hiring for 1st or 2nd shift based on availability.

• 1st shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm
• 2nd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

Pay

Weekly pay; compensation is based on experience.

Work Environment

Food distribution center with a multi‑temperature environment ranging from –10 °F to 80 °F.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling.
• Perform building‑related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification.
